Welcome Cal Patch!

Whether you’ve knit, crocheted, sewn or (GASP!) bought it from a store, anything can benefit from a beautiful crochet edge!  Crochet is incredibly versatile, and can be refined and delicate, or freeform and wild, open and meshy, or dense and ornate, and it’s so easy to add on to a finished piece that just needs a little pizzazz or polish. You can use these edgings on clothing, pillowcases, blankets or virtually anything with an edge. In this 3-hour class Cal will teach you three simple edgings and three fancier ones, useful for any kind of project. Students should have a grasp of the basic stitches: Chain, Single, Double and Triple Crochet

Please bring and/or shop for these supplies: Scrap yarn (worsted to fingering), compatible crochet hooks, knit, crochet or woven swatches to work onto (can be old gauge swatches, cut from old machine-knit sweaters, t-shirts, or fleece)

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less credit card processing fee (effective 4/11/23) is provided for any cancellation up to one week before the class date. Credit towards another class is provided for any cancellation made from six days through the day before the class date. No credit or refunds issued after this time, including no-shows on the day-of. If the class is cancelled by us because we have not met the stated minimum number of students, you will receive a full refund.
