Get help assessing and tackling a challenging aspect of your current project! This one-on-one drop in session is intended to cover a problem or technique that we can't help address in a quick 5 minutes, but instead might take approx. 15 minutes. It is not intended to be used to learn a technique or skill that necessarily takes longer, e.g., brioche or how to follow a pattern (from start to finish).

Please help us prepare for your session and email or call us 2-3 days beforehand to let us know what you would like to cover. If you have a problem with a pattern, please email the pattern to us so we can study it before the session.

Fifteen minutes goes by quickly! Please show up on time to make the most of your time. We regret that we can not extend your time beyond the scheduled session as this will impact the next student/time slot.

If you prefer dedicated attention for 30 min or 1 hour (priced at $40 and $65, respectively) we invite you to instead contact us to schedule a private session at a time that mutually suits.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less credit card processing fee (effective 4/11/23) is provided for any cancellation up to one week before the class date. Credit towards another class is provided for any cancellation made from six days through the day before the class date. No credit or refunds issued after this time, including no-shows on the day-of. If the class is cancelled by us because we have not met the stated minimum number of students, you will receive a full refund.
