Crochet 101 (Part 1 of 2) (Beginner)

Crochet is an endlessly versatile technique for making hats, scarves and sweaters, not to mention amigurumi, sculpture, and rugs. In this two-part class, aka "Crochet 101" we will learn all of the basics: chain, single, double and triple crochet, increasing/decreasing, and how the basic stitches combine to form stitch patterns. With the foundation skills learned, you’ll be able to hook up a scarf, cowl, rectangular wrap, or many other simple projects.

Materials provided: 1 skein of beginner-friendly 100% wool yarn + 1 wooden crochet hook, included in the course fee. Part 1 of 2. Students must register for both parts.
